Sheesh. Has it been a year since I last wrote in to this diary? Over a year. Wow. I got a new scanner and when I get the N-R-G, maybe I'll start putting more of my crap up her. *snicker* I just put up a doodle I did on a napkin in a bar. I realized that just about every sketch I have been doing is a "selfie". Some are pretty funny though, so oh well. Arf. We do it all for you Rod. -Ric

Happy New Jeers. I've uploaded more sketch dumps. It's about all I have been drawing for the past few months. I have more to post but if I put them up 4 at a time, two hours later... so 4 at a time. -Ric

I have a lot of back log of my sketch dumps that I'm going to put up in the next few days. I don't submit them to groups unless they are really exceptional to me. Most of the time, they are pen sketches I take down when I'm somewhere that won't allow me a lot of space for a real drawing. Sometimes they are pencil, which allows me to erase and get it right. I don't post the toss off sketches that were pen drawings where the drawing got messed up somehow. The idea behind my sketch book is to take down ideas/thoughts on the fly and not to waste any sheets. I have done that, as even the ones where I've screwed up the drawing still come out.

I think I'm going to stop putting them in a file called "doodles and scraps" because I think some of them are really decent drawings and should be seen by more than the brave DA denizens that have seen said file.

Yeah, over a year. I just don't do much with this journal. I will say that I spent a good chunk of my evening getting the Radiolawn site back in working order.  www.lycanthrope.net/~ricochet/… it, you can hear all sorts of goofy stuff. It changes every show pretty much, the page fills you in.

Also, there is a fun radio show produced by Boomer The Dog that I'm proud to be a part of. Doggy Radio:  boomerthedog.net/radio/ The broadcast is from 3a-5a (or so) EST Sunday night/Monday morning, but there is a downloadable podcast of the show for the past week.

Also, Radiolawn is aired at midnight Sunday night/Monday morning as part of The Rabbit Hole: rabbithole.bbnow.org/index.php No podcast of that exists, but Romeo Rabbit does have a 24/7 all music Live station to listen too.

I'm getting a bit better with my scanner and the GIMP program. Still, a pain.
